RV Site Rates

All sites are full hook up. The majority of our sites are pull through. All the sites that are not up on the hill are 40’x60’ $400.

The sites up on the hill are 35’x50’ $300.

Refunds are issued if reservations are canceled within 48 hours of arrival date. If you depart earlier that your initial reservation dates there is no refund.

  • Water, sewer, and electric are included.

  • This is for 7 nights 8 days. Includes water, sewer, and electric.

    You pay purchase our wifi for an additional $10 during your stay.

  • This is only for a 28 day or less stay if wanting to stay beyond the weekly stay of 7 nights 8 days.

    This includes water, sewer and electric. If you would like to purchase the parks wifi during your stay you may do so for an additional $25.

  • Plus cost of electric.

    All sites include water and sewer plus the cost of electric.

    • We do a back ground check

    • $150 electrical deposit required. You will be refunded this when you depart minus your last months electric.

    • These rentals are not pro-rated.
